RFactorial is a brand of Cognition Ai and Technology Innovation SPC, a company registered in the Sultanate of Oman. This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and the rights you have under Oman’s Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022) and its Executive Regulations.

• When you send the contact form: your name, work email, organization, role (optional), the product you are interested in, your message, and your consent.
• When you visit the site: our web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) to keep the site secure and working.

The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not build visitor profiles.

3. Why we use it

• To answer your inquiry and follow up on it, for example to arrange a call or send product information you asked for.
• To keep a record of our business correspondence.
• To protect the website against abuse and keep it running (technical logs).

We process form data on the basis of your consent, which you give with the checkbox on the form. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Your inquiry is read by the Cognition Ai team that handles RFactorial products. We use service providers to host this website and to deliver form messages to our inbox; they process the data only on our instructions. Our hosting provider runs servers outside Oman, so your data may be transferred abroad; we only do this with safeguards that meet the requirements of Omani law. The site’s typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

5. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any business relationship that follows, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.

6. Your rights

Under Omani law you may:

• withdraw your consent at any time;
• ask for access to, or a copy of, the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct, update or complete your data;
• ask us to erase your data or stop processing it;
• ask us to transfer your data to another party;
• be told if your data is affected by a security breach.

To use any of these rights, email info@cognitionai.cloud. We answer within the time the law sets. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, which supervises personal data protection in Oman.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restrict access to inquiry data to the people who need it to answer you.
